Before you finish your purchase of the license, the cost of a personal use license will be made explicit and will depend on the image size you choose.
By ordering a stock photography license from us you declare that you accept californiabrownpelican.com's terms in full. In addition, you agree that (i) you are responsible for reading the full license agreement before making a commitment to purchasing a usage license: (ii) you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase a license- when you commit to buying a license, and you complete the check-out payment process.

The purchased photo will be available for download once payment has been received.

The image will only be accessible for download in your account section for three days after the purchase date due to security concerns. Upon request after that time, we will give you a fresh download link.

When purchasing a print form californiabrownpelican.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (i) You are in charge of reading the item description and all printing information before deciding whether or not to purchase the print; (ii) When you decide to buy a photographic print or limited edition print and have finished the checkout payment process, you will be entering into a legally binding contract.

As long as the printing procedure has not yet begun, print orders can be altered or cancelled. If you want to alter or cancel a print order, please get in touch with Jonathan as soon as you can. Once the printing procedures have begun all sales are final.

Our limited edition prints and photographic prints are packaged with care. In the event that your print was harmed during shipping, kindly get in touch with Jonathan ASAP. In your discussion with him please include a picture of the damaged print and packaging. Return the print to us after we have verified the damage, and we will send you a replacement photographic print at no additional cost.
